Stefano Addari (born October 22, 1976) is our chef at Terramia.
Addari was born and raised Cagliari, Sardinia,
and received an accountant degree. However, his passion has always been in cuisine. He began working in Italian restaurants
since he was 20 years old, and trained in Italian culinary. Approximately 11 years ago, he decided to learn how
to make traditional wood oven gourmet pizza. It was in Sardinia where Addari devoted 4 years of his life as a pizzaiolo and chef.
In 2010 he decided to move to the U.S. to work at a variety of high end restaurants in varies cities, in which he had the privilege
to learn hands on with the American way of managing restaurants. As a beginner chef, he learned different type of cuisine such as
Cuban and Mexican. He later exceled to sous chef, then eventually to executive chef. Addari became passionate with the multi-cultural
society that this country offers. He believes that a little bit of variety is always good, which he is currently
providing at Terramia. Most restaurants today emphasize in modernization instead of good quality cooking. However, at
Terramia our goal is to make sure that your dining experience is provided with great food and quality. Terramia has a good selection of
wines and a full liquor bar. The vision of Addari is to see people having fun and enjoying themselves.
